At Flutter&Fly, we are dedicated to ensuring your skin and personal care products reach you sa fely and efficiently. We take great care in processing and dispatching your orders.
1. Order Processing:
* All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
* Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
* During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, major logistical disruptions), processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays on our website banner or through direct customer communication.
2. Shipping within India:
* We offer shipping across all serviceable pin codes within India.
* We partner with reputable third-party courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Times:
* Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
* Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
* Non-Metro Cities & Rest of India: 5-7 business days
* Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as:
* Customer location (remote areas may take longer)
* Courier service efficiency
* Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic delays, local restrictions)
* Public holidays
4. Shipping Charges:
* Free Shipping: We offer nominal fee or free standard shipping on all orders above INR 700 /-
* Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below INR 499/- a nominal shipping fee of INR [Amount, e.g., 70/-] will be applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking:
* Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and the courier partner's name.
* You can track the real-time status of your package by visiting the courier partner's website and entering your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
6. Packaging:
* We take utmost care in packaging your personal care products. Each item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are provided with extra cushioning (e.g., bubble wrap, paper fillers) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
* We strive to use eco-friendly and sustainable packaging materials wherever possible.
7. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery:
* Our courier partners typically make [Number, e.g., 2-3] delivery attempts.
* If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:
* Incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer.
* Customer not available to receive the package.
* Customer refusal to accept the package.
* Pincode not serviceable (in rare cases after order placement).
* The package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges. For prepaid orders that are returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges.
8. Damages During Transit:
* While we ensure robust packaging, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the procedure to report the damage. You must notify us within 1-2 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD):
* We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select pin codes within India.
* A nominal COD convenience fee of INR 90 may be applied to COD orders.
* Please ensure you have the exact cash ready at the time of delivery.
10. International Shipping:
* Currently, Flutter&Fly only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
