At Flutter&Fly, we want you to absolutely love every product you choose. We pour our heart and soul into creating high-quality, natural, and effective skin, hair, and personal care solutions. However, we understand that sometimes, things don't go exactly as planned.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we've designed our return and exchange policy to be as transparent and customer-friendly as possible, while also ensuring the hygiene and integrity of our products.

When Can You Return or Exchange a Product?

You can initiate a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

 * Damaged Product Received: If your product arrives damaged during transit.

 * Defective Product: If the product you received is faulty or not functioning as intended (e.g., a pump dispenser not working).

 * Wrong Product Delivered: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

 * Missing Product: If a product you ordered is missing from your shipment.

 * Allergic Reaction (Rare Cases): While our products are free from harsh chemicals and are generally very gentle, individual sensitivities can occur. If you experience a severe allergic reaction (beyond mild irritation) that you believe is directly caused by our product, please contact us immediately. We may require photos and medical consultation details to assess.

Please note: For hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products unless they fall under the categories above (damaged, defective, wrong product, or severe allergic reaction).

Our Return & Exchange Window

 * You must notify us of any damaged, defective, wrong, or missing products within 5 days of receiving your order.

 * For rare cases of severe allergic reactions, please contact us within 7 days of first use.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (It's Easy!)

 * Provide Details: Please include your Order Number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return/exchange, and a clear description of the issue.

 * Attach Proof: For damaged, defective, or wrong products, please attach clear photographs or a short video of the product and its packaging. For missing items, a clear photo of the received package contents is helpful.

 * Await Our Response: Our friendly customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for a Successful Return/Exchange

For a smooth process, please ensure the following:

 * Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition (unless it's defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item).

 * Original Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, price tags, and bar-codes intact.

 * Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or order confirmation is required.

 * All Accessories/Freebies: If any freebies or accessories were included with your purchase, they must be returned along with the product.

What Happens Next?

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by us:

 * Replacement: If you requested a replacement for a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will dispatch the correct item to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

 * Refund: If a replacement is not possible or you opted for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.

   * Prepaid Orders (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI): The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

   * Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT) to your provided bank account. We will request your bank details securely once the return is approved. This typically takes 7-15 business days after receiving your details.

Please Note: Shipping costs and any COD convenience fees are non-refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

 * Products returned after the specified return window.

 * Products that have been used or altered (unless defective or wrong product).

 * Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage by the customer.

 * Single products returned from a combo or kit (unless the entire combo/kit is being returned).

 * Promotional or free products.
